Microsoft 365 licences · Hamburg Licences through me. The licence audit comes with them.
I am a Microsoft partner and supply Microsoft 365 licences directly. You can see what you pay at any time. I check whether the licences still suit your business and let you know before a renewal or price increase takes effect. The licence audit costs you nothing extra.
Where you may be paying too much.
Old accounts
We pay for licences of people who left long ago.
I check which licences are bought and which are assigned. I cancel any you no longer need at the earliest possible date.
Expensive term
Our licences run monthly because that was easier at the time.
A monthly term costs about 20 per cent more for the same licence. An annual term almost always pays off for permanent staff.
Higher invoice
The invoice has gone up and nobody knows why.
You can see each licence with its price and term in the customer portal. I let you know about price changes before they take effect. Microsoft last raised the prices of its business plans on 1 July 2026.
Paid, not used
We have Business Premium, but do we actually use it?
Many security features are paid for but never switched on. I show you which ones and set them up on request.
What you get when your licences run through me.
Licence audit at no extra cost
I review your licences with you on screen: which you need, which you do not, and how much a change saves over a year.
Overview in the customer portal
Inventory, costs per month and the forecast for the year, available at any time.
Notice before renewal
I let you know before a licence renews automatically or becomes more expensive.
One contact
I handle the licences, invoices and setup. You do not need to go back and forth between a reseller and IT provider.
How I prepare the renewal of your Microsoft 365 licences.
You hear from me in good time and decide before the renewal date which licences are renewed, and how many.
I go through your licences with you, regardless of the renewal date.
You hear from me before a licence renews automatically or gets more expensive.
Number and type of licences are renewed as we agreed beforehand.
The number can still be reduced. After that it is fixed for twelve months on an annual term.

Briefly answered.
Have a different question? Just write to me.
Nothing, as long as your licences run through me. If your licences are with another provider, I analyse them as part of the Microsoft 365 audit.
No. Accounts, emails and files stay exactly where they are. The only change is who bills the licences.
For the proposal, I only need your current invoice or licence overview. For ongoing analysis I only read which licences exist in your Microsoft 365 and which accounts they are assigned to, not emails or files.
For most small and medium-sized businesses, Business Premium is a sensible starting point because device management and security features are included. But I recommend the licence you will actually use, not simply the bigger one.
