A Microsoft 365 security concept for an engineering firm (ongoing project)
Ongoing project: since September 2026 I have been supporting a Hamburg engineering firm with around 130 staff and 160 devices on a Microsoft 365 security concept that is being rolled out step by step.
Medical practice IT: email, practice software and network changed over
Two sites, ten workstations and several providers involved: I supported the IT changeover at a specialist medical practice in Hamburg and have looked after it ever since.
IT provider change and an office move without a handover: network rebuilt for 15 workstations
A model agency in Hamburg needed a new network for an office move on a fixed date, without a handover from its previous provider. I recorded the existing setup and prepared the changeover.
Urban development practice: IT modernisation in several stages
Since 2024 I have been renewing the IT of an urban development practice in Hamburg step by step, from servers and backup to Microsoft 365 and telephony. IT modernisation while the office keeps working.
IT for a new company: Microsoft 365, devices and telephony for ten staff
In 2026 I set up the IT for a newly founded industrial company in Lower Saxony with ten staff: its own tenant, Apple device management and cloud telephony, in three days.
External IT partner since 2018: ongoing IT support for a growing agency
A Hamburg agency has grown from around 40 to more than 100 staff. I have supported its IT since 2018 as an external IT partner, after three years as its in-house IT.
Supporting the in-house IT of an agency with 160 Macs: Mac management, support and migrations
From November 2023 to March 2026 I regularly supported the in-house IT of a communications agency in Hamburg, with day-to-day support, Mac management and migrations.
Device management with Intune and Apple Business Manager for a company with field staff
Since 2022 I have looked after device management with Intune for a renewable energy company in Hamburg with 15 staff and around 20 devices.
Microsoft 365 and Teams telephony for a non-profit with a distributed team
A nature conservation non-profit in Berlin works from many locations. In 2024 and 2025 I brought its file storage, mailboxes and telephony together in Microsoft 365, entirely remotely from Hamburg.
