IT for a new company: Microsoft 365, devices and telephony for ten staff
In 2026 I set up the IT for a newly founded industrial company in Lower Saxony with ten staff: its own tenant, Apple device management and cloud telephony, in three days.

Starting point
The new company was to work independently from the start. For ten staff it needed its own Microsoft 365 tenant, meaning its own Microsoft 365 environment, with existing mailboxes and data taken over from the tenant used until then. It also needed centrally managed Apple devices and its own phone numbers, without a traditional phone system.
Solution
I moved mailboxes and data from the previous tenant into the new one, mapping every old account to its new one, and checked everything after the transfer. Apple device management is connected to Microsoft 365, so new devices configure themselves to the defined settings the first time they are switched on. For telephony I ordered the company’s own numbers and set up a cloud phone system. Applications are deployed centrally.
Outcome
After three days the agreed working environment was ready: its own tenant, managed devices and cloud telephony. Support continues. The three days apply to this project; for other new companies the time depends on scope, prerequisites and delivery times.
A Microsoft 365 security concept for an engineering firm (ongoing project)
Ongoing project: since September 2026 I have been supporting a Hamburg engineering firm with around 130 staff and 160 devices on a Microsoft 365 security concept that is being rolled out step by step.
Medical practice IT: email, practice software and network changed over
Two sites, ten workstations and several providers involved: I supported the IT changeover at a specialist medical practice in Hamburg and have looked after it ever since.
IT provider change and an office move without a handover: network rebuilt for 15 workstations
A model agency in Hamburg needed a new network for an office move on a fixed date, without a handover from its previous provider. I recorded the existing setup and prepared the changeover.
