Starting point
A new company that was to work independently from the start: with its own Microsoft 365 tenant, taking over existing mailboxes and data from the tenant used until then, with centrally managed Apple devices and its own phone numbers, without a traditional phone system.
Solution
Mailboxes and data were moved from the tenant used until then into the company’s own and checked after the transfer. Apple device management was connected to Microsoft 365 and set up so new devices configure themselves the first time they are switched on. For telephony, the company’s own numbers were ordered and a cloud phone system built. Applications are deployed centrally.
Outcome
The company has run on structured, independent IT from day one: its own tenant, devices that set themselves up, telephony from the cloud. Support continues.
