By time and materials, as a block of hours, or as a monthly fee for ongoing support. The record of work done is always there to check.
Support with response times
Support agreements with agreed response times, tailored to what you need and put in writing.
Availability
By phone from 8 am to 6 pm, and outside those hours I still pick up when I see the phone ring. By email and Teams at any time. Support clients can raise and follow their own tickets in my system.
Remote and on site
As much as possible remotely, to keep travel costs down. On site in and around Hamburg, and anywhere in Germany when needed.
