Typical situations

What non-profits tell me most often.

Personal mailboxes

Typical situation

Everyone in the organisation uses their personal mailbox.

How I can help

I give each person an organisation account for email, Teams and shared files. When someone leaves, the data stays with the organisation.

In Germany, Microsoft lists tax-privileged bodies, non-profit associations and foundations as eligible. It excludes sports organisations, professional and trade associations, and political organisations, among others.
